RCMP request public's assistance in locating Nicolas Huberdeau
On January 24, 2009 shortly after 12:30 p.m., Russell RCMP Detachment received a call from the spouse of 50-year-old Nicolas Huberdeau of St. Lazare, Mb reporting that he was missing.
