RCMP investigators and the Crown Attorney have concluded their investigation into an alleged hazing and assault incident that was reported last month.

On November 18, 2011, at about 12:15pm, Neepawa RCMP as well as local Emergency Services were dispatched to the scene of a fatal two vehicle collision on Highway 5, north of Neepawa near the Junction of PR 352.
