Steinbach MLA Kelvin Goertzen welcomed twelve distinguished Manitobans into the Order of Manitoba at the Manitoba Legislature.
Thirteen Manitobans, including Ste. Anne physician Dr. Francis Patrick Doyle, were invested into the Order of Manitoba, the province’s highest honour.
