Two Portage la Prairie residents are facing drug, firearms and stolen property charges after a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant was executed last week in Portage la Prairie.
RCMP have recovered a quantity of property, including recently stolen electronics, after pulling a vehicle over with “out of province” plates in Dauphin.
A Portage la Prairie youth has been arrested after being investigated by RCMP this past weekend.
On August 16, 2010, the Steinbach RCMP located numerous items believed to have been stolen from vehicles in the Steinbach area over the past several months.
At approximately 6am, July 25, 2010, the Dauphin Municipal RCMP were called to a noise complaint.
On July 8, 2010, Steinbach RCMP were informed of a break and enter to a residential shed in Mitchell, Manitoba, where two dirt bikes were stolen.
Steinbach RCMP have recovered property believed to be stolen from the City of Steinbach and/or rural area.
Following several reports dating back to September 2009 of stolen property in eastern Manitoba, members of the RCMP Major Crime Unit, RCMP Auto Theft Unit and the St. Pierre-Jolys RCMP Detachment, executed a search warrant on a residence in the Rural Municipality of Tache on December 12, 2009.
Earlier this month, Portage la Prairie RCMP responded to a complaint of a theft of an ATV from Oakville, Manitoba.
Earlier this month, Thompson RCMP received a call from Canada Safeway reporting a theft of groceries.
