Banana Torte

Ingredients

1/2 c
shortening or butter
1 c
mashed banana
3/4 c
milk
2
eggs
1 1/2 c
sugar
2 c
flour
1/2 tsp
salt
1 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
vanilla

Directions

Sift dry ingredients. In a separate bowl mix butter and sugar; add eggs and mix. Add mashed banana and mix. Add dry to wet ingredients. Add milk and vanilla and mix. Grease pan (9″ x 13″) and pour batter in. Bake 350 F for 40 minutes.
