Peel the plantains and slice them to size. Fry the sliced plantains in a vegetable oil for 7 minutes. Slice the tomatoes, onion and green pepper and put them in a cooking pot. Add gizzards, mushrooms, salt, thyme and maggi in the pot and boil for 10minutes. Add the fried Plantain in the pot and simmer for 3minutes.
