Iraqi Kebabs

Ingredients

1 kg
fatty lamb, ground
1
onion, minced in a food processor
1
egg
some
fresh parsley, chopped
3 tbsp
sumac spice

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Take one small portion of mixture at a time and form it around a skewer. Repeat until all meat is on a few skewers. Optional: alternate meat and tomatoes on the skewers.

Grill on barbecue, or open fire for about 10 minutes, turning to brown both sides.
