Oladiki (Little Pancakes)

Ingredients

200 g
sour cream
100 ml
milk
2 tsp
baking soda
3
eggs
1/2 tsp
salt
185 g
flour

Directions

Pour approximately 1-2 tbsp into hot oil and fry until done.

Yield: 8 Pieces

There are two types of Russian pancakes. "Blini" are typically thin and "Oladi" are small, thick and fluffy.
