Chipa (Spanish Cheese Bread)

Ingredients

1 c
oil
1/2 c
milk
6
eggs
1 tbsp
salt
3 c
cheddar cheese
9 c
tapioca starch (or mandioka flour)

Directions

Mix all ingredients, then roll with hands to 1/2 inch thick roll. Shape like a large pretzel, or cut about 1 1/2 inch pieces. Place in cookie sheets and let rise about 15 minutes. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes or till golden brown.

You can freeze them and bake just before you eat them…then they are the best.
