Meat Strudel

Part 1 - Strudel Dough

175 g
sour cream
75 ml
water
1 1/4 tsp
baking powder
1/8 tsp
salt
1
small egg
280 g
flour

Mix all ingredients and let rest for 30 minutes.

Part 2 - Meat Filling

240 g
pork or ground beef/pork
3/4 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
pepper
4 tsp
oil
65 g
onion (small cubes)
100 g
cabbage
1/4 c
ketchup

Fry meat. Add onion and continue to fry. Add 50 ml water and simmer until liquid is gone. Add Cabbage and ketchup and 100 ml water. Continue to simmer 15 minutes.

Directions

Roll out the strudel dough into a rectangle. Spread oil on dough, then add the meat filling and spread it evenly on the rectangle and roll up.

Bake at 350 F until done. Cut into slices.
