Kartoffelnudeln

Ingredients

2 c
mashed potatoes
1
beaten egg
3/4 c
flour
1 tsp
salt
oil for frying

Directions

Mix mashed potatoes, egg , flour and salt in a bowl.

Form into a firm dough. On a lightly floured surface roll dough into a long strip, about 1/2 cm high. Then cut into 3 cm long pieces.

Heat oil in a pan (about 1 cm high) and fry until a golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot.
