If your chicken wings are whole, cut into 3 pieces at the joints and discard wing tip.
Pre-heat oven to 425 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Put salt and pepper on wings and then place them on the baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together. Pour the mixture in a small sauce pan and over medium heat. Bring the sauce to a boil them. Reduce heat.
Place the wings in a bowl and drizzle the sauce over the wings. Toss the wings in the bowl until wing is fully coated.
