Chebureki

Part 1 - Dough

125 ml
milk
75 ml
water
1/2 tsp
salt
300 g
flour

Mix ingredients and let rest for 40 minutes. Then roll out dough and cut into circles, about 15 cm in diameter.

Part 2 - Filling

250 g
ground beef
30 g
onion (cut into very small pieces)
1/2 tbsp
cooked and cooled water

Mix ingredients and put approximately 2 tbsp filling on one side of each circle, then fold in half. Press edges down tightly.

Directions

Fry in hot oil until golden brown.

Yield: 6 Servings
