Deutsche Kartoffelsupper

Ingredients

potatoes, peeled and cubed
1
onion, sliced
1 tsp
salt
pinch
pepper
3 1/2 c
water
1 tbsp
butter
1 tbsp
flour

Directions

Put potatoes, onion, salt, pepper and water into a pot and cook until potatoes are done.

In another pot heat 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp flour and stir until brown. Then add 3 cups broth from the potatoes. Cook and stir until it thickens

Add potatoes and onion and heat. Sprinkle with parsley.
