Chinese Pork and Tomatoes

Ingredients

2 lb
pork
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper
2 tsp
corn starch
2 tsp
soy sauce
1 tsp
chicken cube or broth
1/2 tsp
sugar
3 c
canned tomatoes

Directions

Brown pork in saucepan, add a bit of water and cook till tender. Mix cornstarch in a bit of water, add to meat, add tomatoes last, and just heat through. Serve with rice.
