Ingredients

1 l
marinated beets
2 pieces
cucumber (20 cm)
1 bunch
green onions
1 bunch
dill
9
boiled eggs
4 tbsp
sour cream
1 c
kefir
2 l
cold water
1.5 tbsp
salt

Directions

Prepare the pot (2.5-3 litres)

  • chop with a size no more 0.5 cm: marinated beets, cucumber, green onion, dill – put in the pot
  • cut the boiled eggs with an egg cutter – put in the pot
  • add sour cream, kefir, salt in the pot
  • add water in the pot

Please gently stir and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Yield: 3 Litres

Belarusian cold soup for hot days. Try adding dark bread and/or boiled potato.
