Bergedil is another popular snack in Malaysia, although many prefer to eat it with their rice meal at lunch or dinner. It can also be eaten as a burger. Bergedil can be frozen for up to a month (uncooked and stacked between pieces of wax paper in a container). It can be fried direct from the freezer.
