Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients

700 g
pumpkin
1
onion
500 g
ground beef
800 g
potatoes
1
bay leaf
some
dill and parsely
2 l
water
to taste
salt and pepper

Directions

Peel and cube pumpkin and cook 5-10 minutes in 1 litre broth. Puree and put into a pot.

Cube the onion and fry, add ground beef and add to the puree.

Peel and cube potatoes and, together with remaining ingredients, add to the soup and cook until done. Add salt and pepper to taste.

When potatoes are done, add 1/2 to 1 cup of cream and bring to a boil.
