A Flin Flon woman faces numerous charges, including sexual assault, after being arrested by police earlier this week.
On August 26, 2013, Flin Flon RCMP were contacted over concerns expressed that a teenage male youth may have been sexually assaulted by an employee at a Flin Flon school.
A police investigation began into the allegations.
On September 17, 2013, 36-year-old Kristina Richelle Lies of Flin Flon was arrested and charged with sexual assault, sexual interference and sexual exploitation. Lies has been released on stringent conditions which includes no contact with youth under 16 years of age. She is scheduled to appear in Flin Flon Provincial Court on November 7, 2013.
