On October 16, 2014, at approximately 12:30pm, Brandon RCMP responded to a collision on Highway 10 at the intersection of Airport Road, north of Brandon, Manitoba.

Police say that a 2008 Ford Escape and a 1999 Ford Taurus collided at the intersection of Highway 10 and Airport Road. The Ford Escape, in the northbound lane, was attempting to make a westbound turn onto Airport Road when it collided with the Ford Taurus, traveling northbound on Highway 10.

The 29-years-old female driver of the Escape, a Brandon resident, along with an infant, were transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The 84-years-old driver traveling in the Ford Taurus, a Minnedosa resident, was also transported to hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

RCMP report that alcohol is not considered a factor in this incident. Seat belts were being worn by all occupants.
