Premier Brian Pallister recently announced new mandate letters for all Cabinet Minister’s.

Among my duties as Minister of Education and Training, my priorities will focus on the K-12 Review, reviewing apprenticeship programs to provide greater support for industry and job creation, improving scholarship and bursary opportunities and collaborative partnerships, and improving our college education system, among many other important priorities for improving education and training in Manitoba.

I am looking forward to working with the department and all of our partners to ensure the next generation of students are prepared to succeed. This letter will help set direction for the coming months, and I am excited about working to achieve the result of being the most improved province in Canada.
