While travelling in the United States recently I was at the same time working my way through Eric Metaxas’ epic biography of Diedrich Bonhoeffer, Bonhoeffer: Pastor, Martyr, Prophet, Spy, (2010).
When I was a child, I was very excited to learn to read. It was amazing that letters formed words when put together! Words put in order made sentences. I loved books and read and reread our few books.

Thursday November 8th was the final day of the Fall Session in the Legislature. After a short break, a new session of the Legislature begins on Tuesday, November 20th with a Thone Speech as government looks forward to a new set of priorities.
When two individuals or organizations have a productive partnership, they likely achieve more than the sum total of their individual contributions.
Being a man is full of rewards. It’s also full of challenges. We believe the best investment any man can make is to invest in his own well-being. As the body ages, the nutritional and supplement needs change as well.
The Steinbach Legion once again put on a tremendous tribute this Remembrance Day at a standing room only ceremony at the Pat Porter Active Living Centre on Sunday.
