Accounting Clerk – Accounts Payable

Your Responsibilities Include:
- Routing invoices for approval and entering invoices with and without purchase orders into Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) accounting system
- Reconciling visa statements
- Corresponding to vendors and responding to inquiries
- Performing reconciliations as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
To Succeed in This Role, You Should Have:
- Basic training or experience using MS Office software
- Experience with Great Plains would be an asset
- Post secondary education in accounting is considered an asset
- Accounts Payable experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently and attention to detail for greater accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Grade 12 diploma
- 2 years’ experience in a computerized office environment is an asset
- Basic accounting knowledge required
