Plumbing Service Desk Sales Consultants

We are seeking a customer-focused and sales-driven Plumbing Service Desk Sales Consultants to join our retail team. This role is responsible for assisting customers with plumbing products, generating sales, and preparing quotes while providing an outstanding customer service experience at the service desk. Shifts are scheduled during weekdays (Monday to Friday) and Saturday shifts on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service when assisting our residential customers and contract clients
• Ensuring the accurate processing of transactions and account charges
• Increase department sales
• Stocking of merchandise
• Occasional heavy lifting, when required

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience is required
• Product knowledge, in the Plumbing and Construction industry, is a definite asset
• Willingness to learn – training is provided
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) computer systems
• Maintain product knowledge of plumbing supplies, fixtures, tools, and equipment
• Assist with inventory management, stocking, and merchandising
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail, strong time management and organizational skills
• Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers and work well in a team environment
