The City of Steinbach is advising residents that the Public Works Department is currently out sweeping streets, maintaining gravel roads, and patching potholes on City roads formed by the spring melt.
City officials say that while frost continues to rise to the surface this spring, muddier and uneven conditions are still expected along gravel roads. It is also noted that boulevard cleaning will begin soon, as drier weather conditions are required for proper care.
Residents are reminded to visit steinbach.ca for information regarding who to contact for reporting a pothole, or getting in touch with the Public Works Department.
