The City of Steinbach has announced that the Public Works department is hard at work sweeping streets, maintaining gravel roads, cleaning boulevards, and patching potholes on city roads formed by the spring melt.
Officials note that while frost continues to rise to the surface this spring, muddier and uneven conditions are still expected along gravel roads. Also noted is that boulevard cleaning will be starting soon, as drier weather conditions are required for proper care.
