Treherne RCMP are investigating a number of recent break-ins at rural residences in the RM of Grey and South Norfolk.

Investigation indicates that farms and residences with large sheds may be specifically targeted. Targeted items include ATVs, tools, electrical equipment, and vehicles.

Police say that the incidents occurred during evening hours while residents were home. There has not been any violence involved.

RCMP would like to remind residents to:

• Lock vehicles when not in use
• Lock sheds and buildings
• Remove keys from ATV’s/Motorcycles/Tractors and keep in safe place
• Report suspicious people to police.
