Falcon Lake RCMP Detachment reports multiple vehicles in the ditch along Highway 1 east of Steinbach.
Police say that road conditions are reported as being ice packed, with slush and poor visibility. Highway 1, in both east and westbound lanes, are reported to be down to one lane in some areas.
RCMP are asking motorists to avoid travel.
