News - Break and Enter

On May 30, 2009 around 10:00 AM Portage la Prairie RCMP received a report that the MacGregor soccer field and campground had been vandalized and the soccer club’s shed had been broken into.

On May 25, 2009 around 8:00 AM Portage la Prairie RCMP received a complaint of a break and enter to a business on Saskatchewan Avenue East.

On May 20, 2009 around 3:30 AM, Portage la Prairie RCMP responded to an alarm at a business on Tupper Street South.

On May 4, 2009, the Steinbach RCMP received a report that the Canada Post Office located on Main Street in New Bothwell was broken into sometime over the weekend.

On May 5, 2009 around 4:30 AM Portage la Prairie RCMP responded to an alarm at Fas Gas on Saskatchewan Avenue and 18th Street NW.

A 35 year old man is in custody following a break in at the Zaplitny and Zamrykut Accounting office at 510 Main Street North, Dauphin, Manitoba.

Steinbach RCMP continue to investigate a recent break and enter at Jake’s Husky store located at Hwy 12 and Loewen Blvd. in Steinbach.

On April 20, 2009 at about 9:00 am., the Steinbach RCMP were informed that the Eastman Immigrant Services located at #1-10 Chrysler Gate in Steinbach as well as the Steinbach Bible College located at 50 PTH 12 North were broken into over the weekend.

On April 14, 2009 Portage la Prairie RCMP received a complaint of a break and enter at Eagle’s Landing Driving Range.

On April 6, 2009, Arborg RCMP received a call of a break and enter at the Rosenburg Church, approximately 10 miles north of the Town of Arborg which occurred some time during the night of April 5th.
