On February 17, 2010, at about 1:30pm, Portage la Prairie RCMP responded to a two vehicle collision on Saskatchewan Avenue and Shindleman Way in Portage la Prairie.

On February 2, 2010, at about 12pm, Portage la Prairie RCMP responded to a two vehicle collision on Saskatchewan Ave and 18th street in Portage la Prairie.

Last week, poor weather conditions and icy roads played a factor in numerous collisions.

On January 24, 2010, at approximately 3:30am Headingley Rural RCMP received a report of a two semi-trailer collision on the west perimeter on Highway 100 and McGillivray Boulevard in the RM of McDonald.

On January 23, 2010, at approximately 11:55am, Steinbach RCMP were dispatched to a two vehicle collision on Highway 52 in the RM of La Broquerie located east of Steinbach.

Charges have been laid in regards to a fatal motor vehicle collision that occurred north of Thompson on January 21, 2010.

On January 21, 2010, at 7am, Thompson RCMP were notified of a head-on traffic collision that occurred approximately two kilometres north of Thompson on Highway 391.

On January 21, 2010, at approximately 2:15am Selkirk RCMP were dispatched to a single vehicle collision on Highway 9 north of Lister Rapids Drive in the RM of West St. Paul.

On January 20, 2010, at approximately 8:15am, the Ste. Rose du Lac RCMP Detachment responded to a collision on Ebb and Flow First Nation involving a school bus and a pick-up truck.

After an ongoing investigation, police have now arrested a Winnipeg man in connection with a fatal three vehicle collision which occurred this past November.
