Obituary

After a long and courageous battle with cancer the family announces the passing of their beloved wife, mother, and sister Olga Bartel at the age of 42 years on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at the Bethesda Regional Health Centre.

She was predeceased by her son David at the age of 2 years, in 2000.

Olga leaves to cherish her many memories, her husband of 24 years Alexander, her children, Nathalie (Daniel) Zech, Raphael, Julianna, Angelika, and Mike. As well as many extended family and friends.

The family would like to extend special thanks to the doctors and nurses at the Bethesda Regional Health Centre who provided exceptional care during Olga’s stay.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, August 17, 2019 at the Evangelical Lutheran Brethren Church, Reichenbach Road. Mitchell, Manitoba. With viewing one hour prior to the service.

Interment will take place following the service in the church cemetery, with reception to follow in the church hall.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family to assist in funeral costs.
