Obituary

Annette Morin Charette/Fontaine, 94, of St. Pierre, MB, passed away on Friday, January 24, 2020 at Repos Jolys, St. Pierre, MB.

She is survived by her three daughters and one son, three sisters, seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband Joseph Charette, second husband Denis Fontaine, four sisters and five brothers.

Mom was interested in gardening, cooking, sewing and worked alongside her husband Joseph (Toto) on the farm for many years.

Cremation has taken place.

Funeral mass will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB, with Father Dominic La Fleur officiating. Luncheon to follow in the reception hall.

The family wishes to give special thanks to all the dedicated nursing staff and doctors at St. Pierre Hospital and at the Repos Care Home. The care workers that worked around the clock to help with our Mom’s care were truly understanding and compassionate. Prayers and thoughts are greatly appreciated from family and friends.
