Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Taylor Stickney on July 12, 2020 age 21 at the Pine Falls Hospital.

Taylor was predeceased by his great grandmother Mary Monastyrski, great grandfather Morris Monastyrski, grandmother Phyllis Stickney and grandfather Paul Monastyrski.

He leaves to mourn his mother Lori Monastyrski, his brother Brandon Stickney, his sister Shandelle Monastyrski, his grandmother Julie Monastyrski, his aunt Karen Friesen, cousins Keanan Okapiec, and Jayden Okapiec, close family friend Fran Ough, as well as many other family and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Friday July 24, 2020 at 2:00 pm at the Crossings Funeral Care, 12E-40 North Gate Drive & Hwy 12 North in Steinbach Mb., with viewing 1 hour prior to the service. Brad Klassen will be presiding.

Interment will take place at 3:15 at Zhoda Community Cemetery, Zhoda, Manitoba.

The family would like to extend their appreciation to the advance care paramedics of Stars, those at the scene of the accident that fought selflessly to try and save Taylor, the staff at Crossings Funeral Care, as well as those who have been there as a support to the family.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Addictions Foundation of Manitoba.
