Obituary

Laura Ethel Janke age 96 years of Emerson, passed away August 5, 2020 at the Morris General Hospital.

She is survived by two daughters: Dianne (Wayne) Klassen and Delaine (Andy) Colley; two sons: Allan and Loren; seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She is also survived by one sister Shirley; three brothers: Walter, Harvey and Authur.

Laura was predeceased by her husband Gerhard August Jahnke, brother Eddy and two sisters: Ruth and Irene.

The funeral service for Laura will be held at the Zion Lutheran Church in Friedensthal, on Thursday, August 13, 2020 at 2:00pm.

Viewing will be held at the church prior to the funeral.

Burial will take place at the Friedensthal Cemetery.
