Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our son Aaron William David Carriere at the age of 37.

Aaron leaves to mourn his partner Nicole Zoranen, parents Kim & Randy Carriere, sisters: Keshia (Jacob), Kayla (Chad), nephews Emmett, Spencer & Grayson; grandparents Aime & Margaret Carriere of Ste. Genevieve, MB and Bill & Frances Bradley of Okotoks, AB; many uncles, aunts, cousins and many, many friends.

Aaron was predeceased by his grandmother Carol Curtain in 2017 and his brother Michael Carriere in 2021.

Aaron was born in the town of Ste. Anne on February 1, 1985, and raised in Ste. Genevieve, MB. He attended school at Ecole Ste. Anne Immersion. Then moving on to Lorette Collegiate for high school.

Although Aaron loved country living, his allergies hated it. Aaron was pretty eager to take on the adult world. Jumping in two feet first, and looking for something more exciting, Aaron spent the past 17 years in Winnipeg.

Aaron did several small jobs through the years, eventually settling in the ventilation/HVAC business. He was good at what he did and took pride in a job well done, even sending pictures of his projects.

Aaron loved cooking and made some pretty incredible meals for his partner Nicole, mom, dad and sisters and I’m sure many friends. Picking up a beef jerky hobby during the winter months and suppling us all with bags of jerky and a toasty warm house.

Aaron also enjoyed camping and getting out of the city for a while. We were all lucky enough to have spent several summers at Caddy Lake. Making new and amazing memories with family and friends. Many memories of which I’ll share and never forget.

Aaron was energetic, adventurous, and fun. He had the best humor and personality. A free spirit and a very talented musician. Aaron was good at anything he put his mind to. Examples of this ere shown in his passion for music. He spent countless hours, days, weeks, months, even years, creating, producing, recording, editing, riffs, writing lyrics and tweaking till everything was perfect. In fact, Aaron would take a lay off from work so he could dedicate more time to doing what he loved… MUSIC!

Your life was a blessing
Your memory a treasure,
You are loved beyond words
And missed beyond measure!
