Obituary

Peacefully and suddenly, on July 7, 2023, Barbara Shewchuck passed away at the age of 72.

Barbara is survived by her sister DeEtta Ives (David), niece Adrienne (Richard) Loeppky, Jayden, Cameron; nephews Aaron and Jesse, (Jess) Ives, Leah, Maggie, Saffron Scott (God-daughter).

Barbara was predeceased by her husband Brian, her parents Francis and Becky, and her brother John Anderson.

Barbara enjoyed spending her time gardening, reading, writing creatively, various types of community service, she cherished her time with the Morris Library.

The family would like to express gratitude to Barbara’s friends and neighbors and the Morris detachment of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

A funeral service will be held at a later date.
