Walter Edel, age 94, of Grunthal, formerly of Ridgeville passed away on Monday, March 12, 2018 at the Menno Home for the Aged, Grunthal, MB.

He is survived by two daughters, one son, one sister and their families.

He was predeceased by his wife Nelly.

The funeral service for Walter will be held on Friday, March 16, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB, with a viewing prior to the service. The burial will follow at Southridge Cemetery, Ridgeville, MB.

If friends desire, donations in memory of Walter may be made to the Grunthal CMC Church, Box 269, Grunthal, MB R0A 0R0.
