Obituary

Becky Hiebert, age 65, went home to be with Jesus, Tuesday afternoon, July 22nd, with our dad at her side. Her battle with cancer is over, and we rejoice. She is healed and is in the presence of her Lord and Saviour.

Mom is survived by her beloved husband of 41 years; John, three sons; Chris, Jeremy, and Jason, her mother; Eva Funk, siblings; Judy, Brian (Val), (Roberta), Debbie (Ken), Joyce (Pat), Dan (Bobbie-Joe), in-laws; Marie (John), Cornie (Anne), Kathy, George (Betty), Dick (Karen), Joy (Ivan), Liz (Archie), Marge (Harold), Abe (Bernice), Frieda (Ernie), Esther (Bob), Ruth, Susan (Gary) and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her father Ben (1997), brother Ken (2018), father-in-law Bill (2005), mother-in-law Susie (2019) and brother-in-law Lon Petruic (2021).

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at the Southland Church, Steinbach, Manitoba. With viewing 1 hour prior to the service. A private interment will take place in the Heritage Cemetery at a later date.
