Obituary

Peter H. Klassen, age 80 years, of Blumenort, MB, formerly of Altona, MB, passed away on Saturday, June 16, 2018 with his family by his side.

He is survived by his wife Dorothy (nee Harder), their children: Sandra (Russ) Toews, Murray (Paulette) Klassen, Wendy (German) Klassen, and Terra (Mark) Krahn; as well as five grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, three sisters and one brother.

He was predeceased by his parents Henry and Anna Klassen, one brother-in-law and one niece.

Viewing will take place on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Wiebe Funeral Home Altona, 216 Centre Ave E, Altona, MB and at the church prior to the service.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Altona Sommerfeld Mennonite Church, 62 – 10th Avenue NE, Altona, MB with a private family burial at Altona Cemetery, Altona, MB.
