Isaak Buhler was born on June 16, 1972, in Paraguay, to his parents Johan and Maria Buhler. He was baptized on the confession of his faith on May 22, 1994. He was married to the love of his life Dora Buhler on April 1, 2001.
They lived in Canada for the past 21 years. Isaak had asthma problems most of his life, and so many accidents, but God said, you are not ready yet. He got sick on Sunday May 31, 2026. He was in the Bethesda Regional Health Centre, Steinbach, MB., Sunday, May 31, 2026 – June 1, 2026. Then the decision was made to bring him to Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg, MB., by helicopter. On Tuesday, June 2, 2026, his lungs collapsed, and they needed to put him on life support. They took the machine off at 10:30 p.m. so that he would be more comfortable, where he took his last breath on June 3, 2026, at 5:05 a.m.
He leaves to mourn, his wife Dora Buhler, eight sisters and six brothers, (two sisters and two brothers are in Paraguay, with the rest in Canada) many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by Dora family, his mother-in-law, six brothers-in-law, three sisters-in-law, and their families, all living in Paraguay.
Isaak was predeceased by his grandparents, parents, one brother, one sister and one brother-in-law, as well as his father-in-law, and two sisters-in-law on Dora’s side.
We are thankful for each and every prayer, all the help, doctors and nurses here in Canada also in Paraguay. Thank you to everyone for the love and support, as well as to Birchwood Funeral Chapel for all the care we were given.
