Shirley Friesen, age 70, of Blumenort, Manitoba, formerly of Steinbach, MB., passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at St. Boniface Hospital, Winnipeg, MB.

She is survived by eight children and their families.

Shirley was predeceased by her husband Daniel.

The viewing will be held on Sunday, June 21, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB.

The funeral service will be held on Monday, June 22, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB, with viewing prior to the service.
