Mary Toews, age 83, of Winnipeg, Manitoba, formerly of Steinbach, MB., passed away on Saturday, July 25, 2026 at the Concordia Hospital, Winnipeg, MB.

She is survived by children Sandra Furutani (Keith), their son Jordan (Christina) and daughter Abigail; Cynthia Toews (Jason Schmidt) and their daughters Kali and Rory; and Andrew Toews (Genessa) and their son Jack.

Mary is predeceased by her husband Gerald.

The funeral will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB. Viewing will take place prior to the service. Interment to follow the funeral at Heritage Cemetery, Steinbach, MB.
