Mary Reimer, age 84, of Steinbach, Manitoba, passed away on Monday, September 28, 2026, at Bethesda Regional Health Centre, Steinbach, MB.

Mary married George Hildebrand in 1962. together they had 3 sons & 1 daughter until his passing in 1972.

Mary immigrated to Canada with her children in 1984, settling in the Niverville area.

Mary remarried to Art Reimer in 1994 until his passing in 2015.

Mary is survived by 2 sons, 1 daughter, 1 sister & brother in Steinbach and 2 sisters in Paraguay. 11 grandchildren & 19 great grandchildren.

Mary was predeceased by 1 son in 2023.

The viewing will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., with devotional to follow at 7:30 p.m., at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, Manitoba.

The funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB.

Interment to take place prior to the service at 11:00 a.m. at Grunthal Cemetery, Grunthal, Manitoba.
