Obituary

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother and grandmother Dolores Annette Friesen.

Dolly will be deeply missed by: her husband Peter Friesen; her mother Helena Klassen; her children: Keith Knelsen (Alicia) and Angela LeBrun; as well as her six grandchildren: Zoë, Luc, Paxton, Libby, Taylor and Erin. She was predeceased by her father Martin Klassen in November of 2010. Mourning her passing are her siblings: Richard Klassen (Johanna), Gary Klassen (Barb), Robert Klassen (Connie), and Doreen Klamka (Andre), along with beloved nieces and nephews.

We want to extend our most sincere thanks for all the prayer, support and encouragement during her illness and hospital stays. Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to the wonderful nursing staff that cared for her during her illness – you blessed her so much.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, December 8, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB, with a reception to follow and interment at Pansy Chapel cemetery.
