Obituary

Lillian Plett (nee Unger), age 85, of Landmark, MB, passed away peacefully at her residence on Monday morning, March 14th, 2022, with the family at her side.

She is survived by her husband Edwin G. Plett; daughters Rachel, Barbara, Heidi, Heather, and Jennifer; son Charles (Melanie); four granddaughters and five great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings Betty and Glen Koop, Grace and Ken Reimer, Gerald and Phyllis Unger; and in-laws Wilma Unger, Agnes Unger, Ray and Jo-Ann Plett.

She was predeceased by her parents Abe and Elizabeth Unger; siblings Rose Penner, John Unger, Peter Unger, Julia Plett; and son-in-law Graham Usher.

Donations in Lillian’s memory may be made to Trans World Radio Women of Hope (www.twr.ca) or a charity of choice.

The funeral service will be held Tuesday, March 22nd, 2:00 p.m., at the Prairie Rose EMC in Landmark, with viewing at 1:00 p.m. prior to the service. The family would appreciate if masks were worn at the service.

Interment will take place at the church cemetery, followed by a luncheon in the church hall.
