In Loving Memory of Monique Dubois (née Gauthier)

We gather to honor the life of Monique Dubois, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, who passed away peacefully at the Niverville Heritage Life Personal Care Home on July 29, 2025, after a long illness.

Born on April 19, 1957, to the late Benoit and Germaine Gauthier, Monique lived a life full of love, joy, and quiet strength. Her passion for gardening and birding reflected her nurturing spirit and deep appreciation for nature. Whether camping with her husband Jacques or relaxing on their pontoon, she found joy in life’s simple pleasures.

Monique is survived by her devoted husband of 50 years, Jacques, their children Don, Guy (Stella), and Angele (Keith), and her cherished grandchildren Cole, Blake, Xavier, Miguel, Sophie, Kayla, and Brady. She also leaves behind her loving siblings:

Maurice (Marietta), Richard (Gisele ), Louise (Roger ), Denis (Marielle), Marie-Anne (Steven), Léo (Kris), Luc (Michelle), Lucien (Ardis), and Carter (Shelley).

Monique’s warmth, kindness, and unwavering love will forever live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th at 11:00 a.m. at St-Malo Church.
