Obituary

Bill Zacharias, age 90 of Steinbach, Manitoba, left this earth to his eternal residence in Glory with Jesus, on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at the Bethesda Regional Health Centre, with his loving wife by his side.

Bill was born on April 28, 1935, in Stuartburn, Manitoba to Aaron & Sarah Zacharias.

He is survived by his wife, Helene (Dyck) Zacharias of almost 68 years, children, Leslie (Dan) Klassen, Brad (Jenn) Zacharias, Carol Zacharias, Ross (Colleen) Zacharias. Sister Barbara, Anne & Sandra, 15 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and one upcoming great-great-grandchild in the fall.

He was predeceased by one grandson, Devin Klassen, great-granddaughter Estella Marisol Bergen, sister Julia, brother Henry, three brothers-in-law, Louis, Ray and Jim.

The funeral service will be held on Monday, August 18, 2025, at 3:00 p.m., at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB., with interment to follow at Heritage Cemetery, Steinbach, Manitoba.
