Refried Bean Tostadas


La Cocina Corn Tortillas
1 can
refried beans
1 c
sour cream
1 1/2 c
shredded cheese
to taste
shredded lettuce
to taste
to taste


Heat oil in saucepan or deep fryer. Fry each La Cocina Tortilla until crisp. Rest on paper towel while preparing the rest. Spread a small layer of sour cream onto each tortilla and place on a cookie sheet. Next spread a thin layer of refried beans on each tortilla. Top with shredded cheese. Bake in oven at 350F until cheese is melted. Serve with your favourite toppings. (lettuce, avocado, salsa, lettuce dressing)
