Erdäpfelsalat (Potato Salad)

Erdapfelsalat

Ingredients

750 g
potatoes
60 g
onions, finely chopped
1 c
beef broth
3-4 tbsp
vinegar
4-6 tbsp
oil
1 tsp
salt
2 pinches
pepper

Directions

Cook potatoes in their skin, peel while hot into thin slices and place into a bowl. Add the warm beef broth immediately. Add vinegar, oil, salt and pepper and mix well.
