Frikadellen

Ingredients

250 g
ground beef
1/4 tsp
salt
to taste
pepper
1
small egg
1/2 tbsp
flour
1/2 tbsp
milk
45 g
onion, finely cut

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Form into patties (Frikadellen) with oily hands. Roll in fine bread crumbs and fry in hot oil.

Serve with potato salad or pan fried potatoes.
